Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you submit a vendor reservation we collect your business name, contact name, email, phone, optional website and social links, vendor category, and any details you share about your products, setup needs or questions.
How We Use It
Your information is used to process your reservation, send your confirmation, plan vendor placement and share festival updates such as the announced date, setup instructions and arrival times.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. The festival never stores your full card details — we only keep a payment reference, the amount paid and the payment date.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Details are shared only with the festival team and service providers that help us run the event, or when required by law.
Your Choices
You can request a copy of your information, corrections, or removal from our vendor mailing list by emailing latinovibefestival@outlook.com.
